Andrea Marie Breiling (b. Phoenix, AZ) received her BFA in Studio Art and Gender Studies from UC Irvine in 2008 and her MFA in Studio Art from Claremont Graduate University in 2014. Most recently she presented her first solo presentation in China with Almine Rech Gallery during Beijing Gallery Weekend. She has also had recent shows at Broadway Gallery, New York, NY, Night Gallery, Los Angeles, CA and Almine Rech, London and Brussels. This past May to June 2022, Andreas’s work was included in Controlled Chaos, an abstract painting show at Rachel Uffner Gallery, New York, NY. Her work has been shown in many additional venues internationally and written about in publications including the Los Angeles Times, Artforum, Cultured, Art and Antiques, among many others. Andrea Marie Breiling currently lives and works in the New York metropolitan area.
