SR Lejeune (b. 1994, Boston, MA) is an artist currently based in Pine Plains & Brooklyn, NY.
They received a BA with High Honors from Oberlin College in 2015, were a Core Fellow at the Penland School of Craft from 2017 to 2019 and completed an MFA in Sculpture at the Yale School of Art in May 2023. Their recent exhibitions include YR ABCSs at the Yale School of Art Green Hall Gallery in New Haven, CT (March 2023) and BODIES, RECIPROCAL MOTIONS at YveYANG Gallery in NYC, NY (June 2023). SR is in the early stages of equipping a queer/trans manual machine shop and were recently awarded the West Bay View Foundation Fellowship at Dieu Donné in Brooklyn, NY.
